What equipment do I need?<\/strong><\/h5><\/div>

No equipment is needed to start the course, as all necessary items are provided. However, it’s important to indicate whether you are right or left-handed.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Do I need to bring anything?<\/strong><\/h5><\/div>

NO apart from the payment on the first session. We also advise that you avoid loose fitting clothing, especially jackets and no open toe shoes\/sandals, with long hair tied back (No you don’t have to wear tights )<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

How old do you have to be?<\/strong><\/h5><\/div>

Participants must be at least 11 years old, and a parent or guardian must be present during the course and while shooting if they choose to join the club. Other than that, there are no age restrictions, with the current oldest member being 80 years old<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

How do I become a member?<\/strong><\/h5><\/div>

After the Beginners course you will be invited to join S.C.A.C<\/em>., this is done by simply paying the club fees (this also covers Archery GB membership<\/a>)<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Where do I buy my own equipment?<\/strong><\/h5><\/div>

We recommend you do not buy any equipment until the end of the course. The club members and course tutors will advise on the type, size, and most suitable equipment and where to purchase the equipment. We will not tell you how much to spend on equipment<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

When are the beginners courses?<\/strong><\/h5><\/div>

We usually run three courses a year, accommodating about 25 beginners. These courses are usually early May, and Late June
Tuesday and Thursday evening from 7 till 9 at the club<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Do You shoot in winter?<\/strong><\/h5><\/div>
